Christine is the Executive Chef of Blue Smoke and Porchlight and takes pride in leading a tight-knit kitchen team with a penchant for Southern cuisine and memorable guest experiences. Prior to Porchlight, Christine served as Sous Chef at Union Square Hospitality Group’s celebrated North End Grill, informing her elevated-meets-playful approach to menu development at Porchlight and Blue Smoke.
